Kit Grant Update Portal

Did you win a Kit Grant from the CGIF? If so, we want to know how it's going!

This webpage has two forms, one for reporting on progress of an on-going project, and one for a final report for when your project is complete. Please fill out the appropriate form to give an update on your kit grant project. Updates are due on March 15 and September 15 each year.

If your kit grant project is ongoing or has just started around the upcoming checkpoint date, please use the In Progress! Kit Grant Mid Project Report form.

If your kit grant project has been completed by the time the upcoming checkpoint arrives, please fill out the Finished! Kit Grant Completed Project Report form.
