Marcus Fish is the Director of Development for The Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation, overseeing all aspects of fundraising, donor relations, outreach programs, and industry connections for the Foundation. He is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) with experience in higher education, financial planning, and technology consulting.
Marcus lives in Lewis Center, Ohio with his wife Hollie, and their three children.

Nathan McIlwaine is the Program Manager for The Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation, overseeing educational outreach, workforce development programs, and student leadership initiatives. He holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and is passionate about empowering the next generation of ceramic and glass professionals.
