ACerS and the CGIF are proud to participate in the “Teacher Tuesday” webinar series sponsored by the ASM Education Foundation for the enrichment and support of high school science teachers, particularly those who teach materials science.
Dr. Kelley Wilkerson of Missouri S&T University will present “Ceramics in today’s world: the opportunities are endless!”, on February 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. EST.
Dr. Scott Cooper of Owens-Illinois, Inc. will present “Glass: Timeless Substance, New Innovations” on March 30, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. EDT.
The “Teacher Tuesday” webinar series will take place through April 27, 2021. The format for each talk is 30 minutes for the presentation, 5 to 10 minutes for questions and answers, and then 15 minutes for an open forum for teachers to discuss what’s working and what isn’t.
