The Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation is participating in #GivingTuesday on Dec. 1, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide.
#GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday to kick-off the holiday giving season and inspire people to collaborate in improving their local communities and to give back in impactful ways to the charities and causes they support.
The CGIF mission is to ensure that the global ceramic and glass industry is able to attract and train the highest quality talent available to work with this unique class of engineered materials. And it can’t be accomplished without your help.
All gifts to the CGIF go directly to outreach, initiatives, education, and resources aimed at supporting the current and future needs of the ceramics and glass industry.
Learn more about how your gifts can be put to work!
And if you give now, your gift will be doubled! The American Ceramic Society is providing a $1,000,000 grant to match all gifts to the CGIF.
The CGIF encourages you to join the #GivingTuesday movement and give back to the causes and charities that are most important to you.
